Adding Users to Chase Online Banking


Here are the instructions to add new users to your Chase online banking:

Step 1:   Navigate to Delegate with Access and Security Manager along the right side of your screen.












Step 2:   On the next page, select Add Authorized User.

Step 3:   Complete verification by phone call or text to proceed.



Step 4:   Enter new user information.  When adding Ranta CPA staff members, please use a company-specific User ID, using numbers to differentiate between our staff members.

Step 5:   Once you have added the new user, an email will be sent with a temporary password.  You will need to share the User ID with your new user for them to be able to login.



Step 6:   You can now delegate access to your specific bank accounts and credit cards.  The options available for each account are:

  • View Activity Only
  • View Activity and Transact
  • Transact Only

View Activity Only provides the least access, with View Activity and Transact being the highest level of access.
